Traverse Soil and Water Conservation District

 

The mission of the Traverse Soil & Water Conservation District is to provide equal opportunity assistance to landowners, producers and residents of Traverse County for the education and promotion of conservation practices and proper land use to protect and enhance Traverse County's natural resources. 

 


Compost Tumbler Workshop Held Tue. Aug. 5  

Registration was filled and the event was successful!
Participants learned about protecting water quality, improving soil health, and assembled their own compost tumblers to use at home.
